Self check-in is required for all guests.



  1. After your reservation, please upload ID photos for all guests via the check-in link sent by email.



  2. After verification, we will send your check-in instructions and access code.



⚠️ According to Japanese law, we are required to collect the full name, address, occupation, and contact information of all guests.



  • Residents of Japan must submit a government-issued ID (e.g., residence card, driver’s license).



  • For children, a guardian's ID is required.



  • Non-residents must provide nationality and passport number, along with a photo of each guest's passport.

  • Check-in time: from 16:00



  • Check-out time: by 10:00



  • Early check-in: from 14:00 (¥1,000, reservation required)



  • Late check-out: until 12:00 (¥1,000, reservation required)



  • Luggage storage before check-in: available (free)

  • Laundry use: Paid, available only when staff is present
