  1. After booking, please upload the ID photos of all staying guests via the link provided in your confirmation email.



  2. Once verified, we will send your check-in instructions and door access code.

  • Japanese residents must submit a valid Japanese-issued ID (e.g., residence card, driver’s license).



  • For children, the guardian’s ID is required.



  • Non-residents must provide passport images showing nationality and passport number for all guests.

  • Check-in: From 16:00




  • Check-out: By 10:00




  • Early check-in: From 14:00 (¥1,000, reservation required)




  • Late check-out: Until 12:00 (¥1,000, reservation required)
