  1. After booking, please upload ID photos of all guests via the check-in link sent by email.

  2. Once IDs are submitted, we will send your check-in instructions and door passcode.




⚠️ As required by Japanese law, all guests must provide: name, address, occupation, and contact details.




  • Residents of Japan must submit a government-issued ID (e.g. Residence Card, Driver’s License).


  • Non-residents must provide passport photos showing nationality and passport number for all guests.

  • Children: please submit the accompanying adult’s ID on their behalf.

  • Check-out: by 10:00


  • Early check-in: from 14:00 (¥1,000 / reservation required)


  • Late check-out: until 12:00 (¥1,000 / reservation required)


  • Luggage storage before check-in: Available (free)

  • Dryer: Free (shared on 1F)


  • Smoking: Not allowed indoors. A smoking area is available on the 1st floor.

As our property is operated without on-site staff, all inquiries are handled by email only. We normally reply on the same day; however, inquiries received late at night may be answered the following morning.
