We use a self-check-in system.



  1. After booking, please upload ID photos of all guests via the check-in link sent by email.

  2. Once IDs are confirmed, we will send you the check-in instructions and access code.



⚠️ As required by Japanese law, all guests must provide name, address, occupation, and contact information.




  • Residents in Japan must provide a valid Japanese ID (e.g. Residence Certificate, Resident Card, Driver’s License)


  • Non-residents must submit passport copies showing nationality and passport number for all guests

  • For children, ID of the accompanying adult is required

  • Check-out: By 10:00


  • Early Check-in: From 14:00 (¥1,000 / advance reservation required)


  • Late Check-out: Until 12:00 (¥1,000 / advance reservation required)


  • Luggage storage before check-in: Available (Free)


  • Luggage storage after check-out: Not available


  • Smoking: Not allowed indoors. Smoking permitted only on the balcony

On your check-in date at around 11:00 a.m., we will automatically send you a “Check-in Link”, and after you complete the check-in procedures, we will automatically send you the front door lock passcode.

As our property is operated without on-site staff, all inquiries are handled by email only. We normally reply on the same day; however, inquiries received late at night may be answered the following morning.
