  2. Once verified, we will send check-in instructions and your room’s passcode.

  • Full name, address, occupation, and contact details



  • Residents of Japan: domestic ID (e.g., Juminhyo, Zairyu card, or driver’s license)



  • Non-residents: passport copy showing nationality and passport number



  • Children: submit ID of accompanying adult

  • Check-out by: 10:00
